THE GATHERING
I'm so excited to finally bring you to a deeply gorgeous part of Sweden not so many people visit. Here there's endless forests, intense rivers, and this time of year, twenty-four hours of daylight. If you haven't experienced. it's quite something, and it is likely to feel like a crazy boost of energy.
The work and play of this gathering will revolve around ENERGY. What is it, how to we work with it? In what ways can we increase it? How can we stabilize it?
We'll explore this big topic through meditation, breathwork, movement and via creative expression.
I hope to announce the collaborators in the next month or so.
But you can expect silent mornings as well as one silent day. Gorgeous plant-based food in a gorgeous setting. Morning flow and meditation practices. Journaling. A creative workshop.

THE PLACE
Melderstein is only about 75 km south of the Arctic Circle, you can expect endless daylight, which is a magical experience when you're not used to it.

Victoria has been teaching yoga since 2007 and meditation since 2012. She recently graduated from a mindfulness teacher training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She's also a writer.

I recommend the night train to Luleå! It's an experience!
By plane Luleå is an hour from Stockholm and served by SAS & Norwegian.
From Luleå there's a bus to Råneå where we'll organize pickups.
